Includes everything in Level 1, plus:
Additional leaf and debris removal
More detailed landscape-bed cleanup
Breaking up and removing matted material
Additional blowing and hand cleanup
Increased labor required to restore the property

💐 Intensive Cleanup
LEVEL 3 — INTENSIVE SPRING RESTORATION
For properties where substantial fall leaf accumulation was left through the winter.
Includes everything in Level 2, plus:
Heavy leaf and debris removal
Removal of deeply matted/compacted material
Detailed hand cleanup where necessary
Multiple passes to restore lawn and landscape areas
Additional labor, equipment time, and disposal

Why Spring Cleanup Can Cost More
Fall cleanup is performed while leaves are relatively dry, loose, and accessible. Once leaves remain through
winter, they become wet, compacted, matted, and much more difficult to remove.
That additional difficulty requires more time, more effort, and often additional cleanup passes.
The longer leaves remain, the more labor it takes to remove them.
