Welcome to Mr. Ed’s Lawn Care LLC! By accessing or using our website (edsmowing.com) or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agree to our Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with the terms, we kindly ask that you don’t use the site or our services.

2. Services

Mr. Ed’s Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn care services throughout Downeast Maine. Services may include mowing, trimming, yard clean-up, and more, as listed on our site. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel jobs at our discretion, particularly in cases where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. That said:

3. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes, Estimates, and Proposals


All quotes, estimates, and proposals are provided free of charge and in good faith, based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is subject to change depending on actual site conditions. Any adjustments will be clearly communicated and must be mutually agreed upon before work commences. Unless otherwise stated, all quotes, estimates, and proposals are valid for 48 hours from the time of issue. After that period, they will be considered expired and no longer available.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We’ll establish a regular service schedule that suits your needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that frequent last-minute changes may result in a fee.

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule at our discretion and will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services and as outlined in our Payment Policy. We accept Credit cards, Debit Cards, and Cash. Late payments may be subject to fees.

6. Liability

We take every precaution to perform our work safely and responsibly. However, Mr. Ed’s Lawn Care LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Items left on lawns (toys, hoses, decorations, etc.) that are damaged during routine service

  • Damage caused by pets or wildlife

  • For everyone’s safety, please stay out of work areas while service is happening — we can’t be responsible for any injuries if someone goes in the work area unexpectedly

7. Property Access

By hiring us, you agree to provide clear and safe access to the service area. Locked gates, aggressive pets, or debris may prevent service and result in rescheduling or service fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on edsmowing.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mr. Ed’s Lawn Care LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Policies from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after such updates constitutes your agreement to the new Terms / Policies.

10. Termination

If either of us isn’t holding up our end of the deal—like not paying on time or being unhappy with the service—the agreement can be ended with 10 days' written notice. If that happens, the Client just needs to pay for any services provided up to the date the agreement ends. Non payment for service performed constitutes a breach resulting in cancellation of continued services.

At Mr. Ed’s, we like to keep things simple — great lawn care, fair prices, and smooth payments.

💵 How Payment Works

Payment is due when any of the following occurs:

  • A Down Payment is required for a new customer.

  • Your service is complete or when in the event that;

  • An additional service scheduling is required for any reason. Your invoice will be apportioned accordingly as a milestone.

  • If you're on a monthly service plan (aka level billing), payment is collected ahead of time by credit card.

We may accept credit/debit cards and cash.
